Hey guys thanks for checking out my blog. Here is a brief description just in-case you missed it on the about page.
I am a female in my 30s who lives in Alabama. I teach Zumba and other group fitness classes. I am also an applied behavior analysis therapist (ABA) or registered behavior technician (RBT). I work with youth who have extreme behaviors and/or have been diagnosed with Autism. I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Lupus (a trace). Because there is only a trace of lupus I have chosen to not focus on that aspect.
This blog is a journal of my daily life. As we all know life isn’t always good so there are days I will blog about that aren’t “bubbly” but I hope you roll with me as I go through those and rejoice with me as I have good days! This is my life and my diagnosis for now and I have chosen to make the diagnosis fit into my life instead of changing my life to fit the diagnosis. I am fit for this fight!!
The blog is in chronological order so it starts from last year til today!! So start at “The Day My Life Changed” from the actual beginning or you can start where it began this year “And….it’s Back”
